Title: Senior Finance Systems Analyst

Location: Hybrid in North County San Diego (3 days/week onsite)

Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000   bonus RSUs

Established public company seeking a Senior Finance Systems Analyst to support financial systems, controls, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

Overview:
This role partners with Accounting, Finance, and Technology teams to optimize financial systems, improve close processes, support compliance requirements, and drive automation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance financial systems, configurations, security, and reporting
• Support month-end close, controls, audit, and compliance activities
• Lead system enhancements, automation initiatives, and process improvements
• Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions
• Partner cross-functionally to improve efficiency, controls, and data integrity

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5 years of Finance Systems, ERP, Business Systems, or Financial Applications experience
• Experience supporting accounting and finance operations
• Exposure to SOX, controls, or audit environments
• Strong analytical, systems, and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Oracle, BlackLine, Kyriba, Workday, SAP, NetSuite, or similar platforms
• Experience with finance transformation, automation, or process improvement initiatives
• Public company experience
• CPA, CISA, or related certification preferred but not required
