CLINIC STAFF NURSE

Mississippi Sports Medicine is hiring a clinic staff nurse. This position will provide high‑quality care to patients seen within the clinic, under the direct supervision of a physician and/or nurse practitioner. Location: 1325 E Fortification St, Jackson, MS 39202, USA. Essential Functions Prepares medicines according to physician requests Maintains competency in specific areas of practice Performs dressing changes and staple/suture removal Records appropriate clinical notes and maintains patient records Schedules and pre‑certifies patient surgeries and procedures Effectively communicates with patients Other nursing duties as required Required Qualifications Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Certification / License: Must possess a valid Mississippi nursing license Experience: One year of clinical experience preferred Preferred Qualifications Associate or better in Nursing Bachelor’s or better in Nursing RN Bachelor’s Degree or RN Associate Degree Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
