CNC Machinist - 1st Shift and 2nd Shift
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to operate CNC turning machines. The role involves assisting with tool changes and offsets, and ensuring smooth operations of 1-2 machines. You will work from work orders and blueprints, with parts and projects varying daily.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC turning machines efficiently.
- Assist with tool changes and offsets.
- Work from work orders and blueprints.
- Manage and oversee the operation of 1-2 machines.
- Adapt to varying parts and projects on a daily basis.
Essential Skills
- Proficient in operating CNC machines.
- Knowledge of G&M code.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Haas and Fanuc systems.
- Familiarity with using calipers, micrometers, and inspection tools.
- Understanding of machining and milling processes.

Work Environment
Work in a CNC machine shop equipped with 22 Mills and 17 Lathes, providing a dynamic and technologically advanced environment.
Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Prior Lake, MN.
Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
