Directing and scaling an enterprise-level B2B organic social media strategy, the full-time remote Social Media Director will lead content and channel strategies across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram, while managing community engagement and brand reputation. Key responsibilities Develop and direct Circana's global social media strategy aligned with commercial objectives and brand positioning Define and execute a proactive community management strategy to foster high-value conversations and build loyal audiences Spearhead a video-first social strategy, overseeing the production of engaging content and maximizing performance across platforms Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in social media, communications, and digital marketing, particularly in enterprise-level B2B or SaaS environments Deep expertise in community management, crisis management, and brand reputation stewardship Proven success in scaling YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn channels with a strong portfolio of video-led strategies Strong strategic planning skills and the ability to manage complex stakeholder networks Experience mentoring peers or leading cross-functional teams
