You and a trusted helper roll out in the morning, parts and tools ready. Your schedule is filled with projects you selected by work type—playsets today, a pergola tomorrow, maybe an in‑ground hoop by week’s end. You arrive on time, communicate clearly with customers, and represent AIT with professionalism while you assemble outdoor structures to manufacturer specs.

How you earn

• Potential annual earnings: $40K–$100K+ based on volume, market, and contracts accepted

What you’ll assemble

• Playsets
• Pergolas
• Gazebos
• Sheds
• In‑ground basketball hoops

Reliable transportation to and from each job is required. Basketball installations call for a pickup truck, van, or small box truck.

Bring the right setup

• Appropriate vehicle matched to the work being performed
• A dependable helper (two‑person team)
• Your own hand and power tools; able to build to manufacturer specifications
• EIN (federal tax ID)
• Insurance compliance and current vehicle registration
• DOT/MC numbers may be required for vehicles with GVWR over 10,000 lbs.
• Follow all applicable state laws for the vehicle you use
• Strong customer service, mobile‑phone proficiency, and clear communication

Screening and driving

• Background and drug screening required for all contractors and helpers
• Motor vehicle record (MVR) check required for all driving contractors
