Job Responsibilities

• Design Tailored Treatment Plans: Evaluate patient needs and create personalized therapy regimens to support their functional objectives

• Collaborate with Diverse Healthcare Teams: Work hand-in-hand with OTs, PTs, STs, medical doctors, and nursing staff to deliver holistic care
• Empower Patients and Their Families: Educate individuals and their caregivers on therapy strategies, reinforcing progress beyond clinical visits
• Assess Progress & Document Outcomes: Monitor treatment efficacy and adapt plans as necessary, ensuring patients remain on the right track

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Continued education and post-graduate certifications warmly welcomed and encouraged

Licenses & Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
