Manufacturing Controller

Salary: $100-115K You are a manufacturing finance professional who enjoys analyzing costs, improving processes, and driving operational performance. What your future day will look like Lead cost accounting activities, including cost analysis, variance reporting, and manufacturing cost controls. Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes while monitoring performance against financial targets. Prepare financial reports and analyses that provide insight into costs, operational performance, and improvement opportunities. Oversee inventory accounting, valuation, and control processes to ensure accuracy and optimize inventory performance. Partner with production, procurement, and engineering teams to identify cost drivers and implement cost reduction initiatives. Drive continuous improvement efforts by evaluating accounting processes, strengthening controls, and enhancing reporting capabilities.
