Ultrasound Technician

This position involves performing ultrasound examinations and providing support to patients. You will have variable 10-hour shifts with opportunities for on-call responsibilities during the night shift. Start times may include 6:30 AM or 11:00 AM. The role requires proficiency in various ultrasound procedures, including but not limited to abdominal aorta, carotid, doppler studies, and obstetric examinations. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver quality care to patients of all age groups, including adolescents and adults. The candidate must be willing to float between different facilities as needed. References will be required as part of the compliance process. Candidates should explore local housing options, as availability may be limited. Flexibility to work on major holidays is expected.

Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Valid state license required Certifications: ARDMS, ARRT R*, BLS, RVT*, ARDMS in at least one category Must-Have: - Previous charge experience - Experience with Epic charting system - Required community hospital experience - Comfort with various ultrasound procedures
