Real Estate Associate

Herrick, Feinstein LLP is seeking a mid-level associate with 4-6 years of general commercial real estate experience to join its Real Estate Department in the New York office. Excellent writing and drafting skills, analytical ability, and the ability to take initiative and self-direct are of particular value. This is an excellent opportunity for growth in a collegial atmosphere that provides hands on experience in a broad spectrum of challenging matters, and opportunities for client development. Must be admitted in New York State. The range of base salary* the Firm reasonably expects to pay for this role is $250,000 to $300,000. The actual base salary for this role within the above range will depend upon number of years out of law-school, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law. *This range does not include other forms of compensation or benefits that may be offered in connection with the job.
