Full Time Cake Decorator

Job Overview Cub Burnsville HOTC on Travelers Trail is looking for a dedicated full‑time cake decorator. Cake decorators provide quality bakery products that meet customer needs, ensuring satisfaction and a positive shopping experience. Job Responsibilities Prepare bakery products. Stock, rotate, and face bakery products. Ensure adequate quantities of product and decorating supplies. Perform department clean‑up. Assist with department merchandising as directed. Respond to customer questions or requests. Job Requirements Operate equipment (spatula, decorating tubes, airbrush, copy machine, cake projector, mixer, bakery rack). Be able to walk long distances and stand for long periods. Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate customer service. Exercise good judgment when direct supervision is not immediately available. Understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions; provide written or verbal requests for supplies. Work variable shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Be at least 18 years old. Physical Requirements Lift or carry up to 50 lbs. Push or pull up to 50 lbs. Walk on uneven ground. Reach, bend, turn, and perform repetitive motions. Work in varied temperature and wet environments.
