Learning And Development Specialist

LHH is looking for a Learning & Development Senior Associate for a 5-month temporary hybrid assignment in the Richmond, VA area. This role will support learning, leadership development, and talent management initiatives by coordinating programs, creating learning resources, analyzing data, and supporting learning experiences across the organization. Responsibilities: Provide end-to-end coordination and project support for learning, leadership development, and talent management programs Manage program timelines, communications, stakeholder engagement activities, and participant experiences Coordinate leadership development sessions, assessments, workshops, and team-building initiatives Create learning materials, presentations, job aids, toolkits, and participant resources Maintain and support content within learning technology platforms, including learning management and learning experience systems Track learning activities, assignments, participation, and program outcomes Develop and distribute communications related to learning and talent initiatives Facilitate training sessions, meetings, workshops, and development programs Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and executive-level communications Analyze learning and talent data to identify trends and support business decision-making Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance program effectiveness and participant experience Maintain sensitive employee and learning-related information with a high level of confidentiality Qualifications: At least 4 years of experience supporting learning and development, talent management, project coordination, communications, or related functions Experience working with LMS, LXP, HRIS, or other learning technologies preferred Experience creating presentations, reports, training materials, and communications Strong project management and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and process improvement Experience with data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development preferred Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams This is a hybrid role requiring a combination of onsite and remote work and is expected to last approximately five months. Candidates should be comfortable managing multiple projects while delivering a high-quality learning and development experience.
