Supervisor Clinical II (ASC)

What We Offer Novant Health is hiring for Supervisor Clinical II (ASC) at our Scotts Outpatient Surgery Center location in Wilmington, NC. We're offering a $7,500 relocation bonus. Schedule : Full-Time, Days, Mixed Hours Department : ASC Experience: ASC, preferred. OR/PACU required. Benefits : This position is eligible for benefits. For more benefit information, please visit our website. What We're Looking For Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree - BSN, preferred. Experience: Minimum of three years in a critical care or healthcare equivalent setting, required. Prior ASC or OP suite experience with leadership responsibility, preferred. Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required. Additional Skills (required): Strong background in patient-centric care; Experience with facilitating education and training; Must have the ability to complete assignments required for Medicare, JCAHO and other required organizations. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly WORD, Excel and Outlook. Experience in leadership roles; Strong ethical and moral character references; Language skills adequate for high-level written, interpersonal, and telephone communication. Accuracy and attention to detail without compromise of patient care. Additional Skills (preferred): Proficiency in PowerPoint. What You’ll Do Lead a team of 30 direct reports.
