The Role

You'll lead hands-on tax review and advisory work for high-net-worth and multi-entity clients--from return preparation through filing and IRS defense. Work directly with our principals on planning and structuring deals. Spot the planning opportunities most other firms miss. This is your path to senior advisor and management roles as our practice expands.

Job Duties

• Prepare complex federal and state returns for HNW individuals, pass-through entities, trusts, and estates from documents through filing
• Prepare supporting schedules, depreciation calculations, K-1s, and multi-state apportionment
• Review and sign off on returns prepared by team members
• Represent clients before the IRS and state agencies on examinations and notices
• Support entity structuring, reorganizations, and transaction planning with partners

What You Need

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, taxation, finance, or related field
• Progress towards CPA license or Enrolled Agent credential (CA/IRS)
• 3+ years progressive tax preparation in public accounting with primary preparer responsibility on complex returns
