Product Manager

THE POSITION

Our roster has an opening with your name on it The Product Manager is responsible for the planning, prioritization, and execution of successful products. This includes understanding and prioritizing product and customer needs, defining product goals, and working closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders to bring solutions to market. The Product Manager ensures successful product performance through market analysis, a deep understanding of customer needs, and objective data analysis and reporting. This is an individual contributor role responsible for end-to-end product ownership of FanDuel’s Poker experience, driving strategy, roadmap, and execution in close partnership with cross‑functional teams. In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and operational functions to ensure successful product deliveries and launches Identify, prioritize, and execute post‑launch optimizations and improvements Establish, track and report objectively on product performance metrics Opportunity to identify, grow, and develop top talent on the Product team

What we’re looking for in our next teammate Bachelor’s degree preferred Minimum of 3 years’ of experience as a Product Manager Proven track record of delivering successful and innovative products Ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects while effectively balancing scope, resourcing, time, and quality. A strong sense of ownership and accountability for goals and deliverables Demonstrated success cross‑functionally influencing teams without formal authority Excellent numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data quickly to inform the right decisions Excellent critical thinking skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

The applicable salary range for this position is $94,000 - $129, 250 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short‑term or long‑term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation.
