Responsibilities

• Document patient care and treatments in the electronic health record with accuracy and timeliness
• Function as the primary liaison between patients, staff, and providers; support the care team as needed
• Take vital signs, triage patient calls, and provide nursing guidance within scope of practice
• Assist providers with procedures; prepare and pass supplies and equipment while maintaining aseptic technique
• Refill prescriptions, complete prior authorizations, and coordinate scheduling for referrals
• Maintain organization of patient records, filing, and inventory of medical supplies

Requirements

• Current unencumbered Montana LPN license
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
• Current BLS certification
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and related healthcare technology
• Ability to work in a clinical outpatient care setting and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
