Job Opportunity

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled CT Technician to join our team in a swing position. The role involves working with GE scanners and utilizing Sectra PAC and Epic EMR systems.

Shift Schedule

Day Shift: Wednesday and Friday from 08:00 AM to 06:30 PM
One additional day shift every other weekend

Vaccination Requirements

COVID-19 Vaccine: Not required
Flu Vaccine: Required (medical or religious exemptions only)

Job Responsibilities

Perform various CT imaging procedures including but not limited to:

Abdomen, Chest, Pelvis scans (with and without contrast)
CT arthrography, Coronary CTA, Brain perfusion studies
Emergency Department imaging and Pediatric Acute Care
3D rendering techniques (Maximum intensity projection, Surface shaded displays, Volume rendering)

Administer contrast media and prepare patients for scans
Maintain patient safety and adhere to radiation safety protocols

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
Preferred experience in community hospitals or trauma centers
Required certifications: ARRT CT, BLS
Epic EMR experience strongly preferred

Patient Care Environment

Patient Age Groups: Neonates, Adolescents, Infants, Adults, Pediatrics, Geriatrics
Daily Patient Census: Approximately 120 patients
Number of Rooms: 3, Number of Beds: 240

Additional Information

Candidate must maintain a complete 7-year work history, including clinical and non-clinical employment, and periods not actively working. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
