Recruiter IIIOur client, a software company, is looking for a Recruiter III for their Seattle, WA/Chicago, IL/Atlanta, GA/Dallas, TX/ hybrid location.Responsibilities:Acting as a talent consultant and advocate for internal employees at clientLeading the entire recruiting process from initial screening through offer acceptEnabling candidates and hiring managers on our Internal Recruiting Process and PoliciesParticipating in implementing and driving global recruiting programsBuilding an ongoing, balanced pipeline of qualified internal candidatesLearning the profiles within your supported talent communities so that you can help best match candidates with the appropriate opportunitiesPartnering with other departments (Headcount Managers, Compensation, Employee Success) to drive the recruiting processRequirements:Client management (hiring manager engagement and communication skills are a must), internal recruiting and/or sales recruiting experience, Slack, Google Suite, experience with high volume hiring5-8+ years of recruiting experience, experience with internal recruiting and/or experience with sales recruiting a plusProven track record of excellent client engagementExperience building relationships across various internal stakeholders in a matrixed environmentExperience partnering and influencing senior level hiring managers and executivesUnderstanding of ATS tools and technologies, experience with Workday a plusAbility to deliver on tight deadlines and executive in a fast-paced and high volume environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience will be evaluated based on alignment to the values & behaviors for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.)Why Should You Apply?Health benefitsReferral programExcellent growth and advancement opportunities
