• Call structure: Flexible. We prioritize work‑life balance through a highly structured call schedule. Our providers typically participate in a manageable rotation of call.
• Practice setting: Mixed (outpatient and inpatient)
• Key Procedures in Clinic: Eustachian Tube Dilation, Biopsy, Skin Lesion Removals, Ear Cubes, Scopes and Ultrasounds

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Physician MD/DO with Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
