Field-Based Home Health RN: Case Manager
UT Southwestern Medical Center
UT Southwestern Medical Center seeks a skilled Home Health Case Manager RN to deliver comprehensive nursing care per the client’s plan of care. You will perform health and psycho-social evaluations, monitor conditions, promote health, coordinate services, and provide direct nursing care and education. The role requires 2 years of RN experience with adult IV exposure and Texas RN licensure.
