$21 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of restaurant staff to deliver exceptional service and memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to our high standards of quality and cleanliness.
• Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
• Coordinate staff schedules to optimize coverage and maintain a balanced workload for all team members.
• Handle customer feedback with empathy and efficiency, turning challenges into opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and presentation.
• Manage inventory levels, placing orders as needed to ensure seamless service and minimize waste, while staying within budgetary guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience as a supervisor or in a similar role in the hospitality industry, often 2–5+ years.
