Your strong analytical mindset and attention to detail make you a valuable partner to engineering and production teams.Further Information About This OpportunityMUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.Fort Worth, TXThis position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.Basic Qualifications:Experience in G/M code development, tool path optimization, and post processing for CNC machines with with CAM packages such as CATIA, Mastercam and/or VERICUT.Experience reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings and work orders.Understanding of Basic GD&T.Experience with root cause (RCCA) troubleshooting of machining issues.Experience programming 5-Axis Metallic parts.Knowledge of high speed machining techniques in aluminum and hard metals.Desired Skills:Strong analytical skills9+ years experience with CAD/CAM Software5+ years experience with Catia v5.Working knowledge of milling, drilling, and robotic machines.Aero Industry experience working in NC programming.Experience with metallic and composites machining practices.Experience with surfacing and solid model building.Experience with robotics programming.Experience designing part nesting fixtures.Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.Clearance Level: SecretOther Important Information You Should KnowExpression of Interest: By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match.
