Supportive & Collaborative Team Environment What You’ll Bring:

• ️ High School Diploma or GED required
• ️ Current enrollment in or interest in pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• ️ Previous office, customer service, or HR experience preferred but not required
• ️ Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• ️ Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and email systems
• ️ Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• ️ Positive attitude and willingness to learn

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with recruitment efforts including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
• Support onboarding and orientation for new hires
• Scan, organize, and upload employee documents into the HRIS system
• Maintain employee files and records
• Assist with HR clerical and administrative tasks
• Help answer employee questions and direct inquiries appropriately
• Support HR projects, recruitment initiatives, and employee engagement efforts
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information
