Manual Machinist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Toolmaker / Machinist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our Engineering team to manufacture custom tooling, fixtures, and jigs from a variety of materials (including aluminum, stainless steel, and plastics). Responsibilities

• Custom Fabrication: Manufacture and modify custom tooling, fixtures, components, and jigs with a strong attention to detail, tight tolerances, and quality.

• Blueprint Reading: Read, interpret, and develop efficient manufacturing plans directly from engineering drawings and blueprints.

• Machine Operation: Setup, program, and organize all bench and machine operations using both manual and CNC equipment.

• Quality Control: Perform part inspections using standard measuring tools to verify everything meets strict quality standards.

• Engineering Collaboration: Record all fabrication changes made to tooling and submit them to the Engineering team for review.

• Experience: 5–10 years of experience with CNC operation and programming, plus strong experience with standard manual toolroom equipment (Bridgeports, manual lathes/millers, drill presses, grinders, and saws).
