Inside Sales Specialist
The Inside Sales Specialist plays a key role in expanding our client relationships across the country. This corporate position focuses on identifying and connecting with local contacts tied to existing national and regional staffing contracts. By bridging the gap between our corporate partnerships and local branch teams, this role helps drive additional revenue opportunities within established client accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Research existing contracts to identify local hiring contacts and decision-makers
• Conduct outreach via phone and email to introduce our local branch capabilities
• Document contact details, outreach activity, and feedback in CRM systems
• Collaborate with branch and National Accounts teams to transition warm leads for follow-up
• Track outreach performance and contribute to weekly progress reports

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in staffing, inside sales, or business development preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong research and organizational abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
