Schedule Night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM with rotating weekends. No on-call requirements. Job Description The Emergency Room at our facility is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment while ensuring adherence to established protocols and guidelines. Responsibilities * Perform assessments and triage patients in a timely manner. * Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. * Assist with emergency procedures and trauma care. * Utilize medical equipment such as Alaris pumps, Belmont and Level 1 rapid infusers. * Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care. * Operate within established policies and guidelines of the healthcare facility. * Engage in patient and family education regarding health conditions and treatments. * Support behavioral health needs through de-escalation techniques and interventions. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure * Current Texas RN license. * ACLS and BLS certifications required. * ENPC, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications preferred. * Experience with trauma and behavioral health patients is a plus. * Familiarity with MEDITECH EMR is preferred.
