The role requires working night shifts, with rotating weekends. No on-call requirements are included. The facility has 32 beds and a staff of 117. Patient ratios are 4:1. The staff consists of Clinical Nurse Coordinators, Registered Nurses, Medics, and Patient Care Technicians. Typical procedures performed include lumbar punctures, intubations, thrombolysis, laceration repairs, suture removal, and splinting. Candidates should demonstrate strong teamwork and anticipate the needs of patients and the department. Dress code includes navy blue scrubs and navy blue zip-up sweaters. Pull-over sweatshirts are not acceptable attire. All applicants should possess the necessary certifications and experience to be considered for this position.
