Master’s degree in Special Education, Educational Diagnostics, Psychology or a related field, active Educational Diagnostician license, and 1+ years Educational Diagnostician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Your skill in evaluating student needs, writing clear and actionable reports, and participating in collaborative meetings will be valued across a diverse school community. You will work an itinerant schedule, supporting various campuses and interacting with students from a range of age groups, making each day both dynamic and rewarding.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Texas classroom teaching certificate
- Minimum of three years of full-time teaching experience
- Successfully passed the Texas state certification exam for educational diagnosticians
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory
- Previous experience in school-based settings required
- Must complete TEA fingerprint background check if not already on file (results may take up to 7 days)
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive student evaluations across multiple school sites
- Prepare, interpret, and deliver individualized education and diagnostic reports
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams at meetings to create lasting solutions
- Communicate findings and recommendations to staff and families in both English and Spanish
- Maintain compliance with state and district procedures
