Responsibilities
- Independently prep ingredients and menu items to Olive Juice standards
- Manage your own prep list, time, and priorities with minimal supervision
- Follow recipes, portioning, and quality standards consistently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe prep environment
- Communicate inventory needs, prep updates, and any issues proactively with the team
Skills
- Comfortable and confident using knives for daily food prep
- Experienced in safely handling and preparing raw proteins
- Comfortable taking and recording cooking temperatures accurately
- Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling
- Highly independent, self-motivated, and dependable
- Organized with strong attention to detail and consistency
