Clinical Social Worker - Fee For Service

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions in Attleboro, MA. For a limited time, we are offering a $5,000 SIGN ON BONUS! Qualifications Fully and independently licensed as a LICSW in Massachusetts. Licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing. Compensation Up to $137,200 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities. Responsibilities See a minimum of 25 sessions per week. Willing to develop into a leadership or supervisory role. Complete notes within 24 hours. Collaborate as part of a team to develop professionally. Open to seeing couples and/or children (behavioral health generalist). Demonstrate strong character: integrity, honesty, adaptability, quality of care. Active partnership with clients and team.
