Daily tasks Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for senior and executive‑level roles across our growth functions within North America. Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent. Partner closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand role requirements and strategic objectives. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates using various channels, including senior leadership networks, industry events, and online platforms. Conduct thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks. Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to inform hiring strategies in specific regions. Manage the candidate experience and ensure a seamless and professional recruitment process. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in senior talent acquisition across tech and e‑commerce area. Qualifications Minimum of 7 years of talent acquisition experience, including over 5 years specializing in hiring leadership roles for global organizations, preferably within the technology or e‑commerce sectors. Demonstrated success in candidate placement within the North American market, with a particular focus on attracting top talent from the East Coast region, ideally around the Boston area. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders effectively. Strong organizational, project management, and critical thinking capabilities to manage multiple initiatives concurrently in a dynamic environment. High adaptability and resilience, demonstrating the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, scale‑up setting while actively contributing to the development and refinement of recruitment processes. Proven ability to operate as a key expert and work autonomously, while also being a collaborative team player capable of supporting broader team efforts when needed.
