Rebel Receptionist

The Rebel Alliance is looking for a friendly, reliable Receptionist to help keep our base organized and running smoothly. You'll be the first face (or voice) our operatives, pilots, and supply teams encounter when they arrive. Your role may not be on the front lines, but it's essential to the success of the mission. We need someone who can balance a warm welcome with sharp attention to detail. If you can handle a little chaos, a lot of scheduling, and the occasional starfighter pilot rushing in late, this might be the perfect post for you. What You'll Do: Greet Rebel personnel and visitors arriving at the base. Check security credentials and manage visitor logs. Answer comms, direct messages, and keep the base's schedule organized. Help coordinate shipments, supply deliveries, and team movements. Pitch in on general admin tasks to keep things running behind the scenes. What We're Looking For: Great communication skills and a helpful, calm presence. Ability to juggle multiple tasks without missing important details. A team player who can work with people from all corners of the galaxy. Discretion and loyalty to the Rebellion are a must. Previous receptionist or admin experience is helpful, but not required.
