CGP: SR Accountant /Accounting manager

Our client is looking for a temporary Senior Accountant. As a Senior Accountant, you play a crucial role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining accurate financial records. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $45 to $55 per hour.
Responsibilities:- Prepare financial statements and regulatory reports.
- Conduct month-end and year-end close processes.
- Collaborate with auditing services to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Develop budgets and financial plans based on research and data reports.
- Provide guidance to junior accounting staff.
- Support audit and tax processes.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web browsers.
- Recent SAP Super User experience preferred.
- Expertise in general ledger, month-end processes, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Energetic and proactive approach.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Large company and public company experience is a plus.
