We're seeking a customer-focused, data-driven Client Success Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex challenges, and is passionate about building strong client relationships. In this role, you'll partner closely with internal sales teams and clients to drive successful outcomes, provide strategic recommendations, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. What You’ll Do Deliver exceptional client support through a queue-based case management system while maintaining high quality and efficiency Build trusted relationships with clients and internal sales partners to ensure hiring goals are achieved Analyze operational and account performance data to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and recommend solutions that improve recruiting outcomes Provide proactive, data-driven guidance to help clients maximize the value of recruitment solutions Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver a seamless customer experience Monitor account health, identify potential risks, and proactively recommend strategies to improve performance Contribute to team initiatives, share best practices, and support onboarding and mentoring of new team members as needed Meet or exceed key performance metrics, productivity goals, and customer satisfaction targets Continuously expand your knowledge while contributing to a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement What We’re Looking For Experience in client success, customer success, account management, customer support, or a related client-facing role Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data and translate insights into actionable recommendations Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both clients and internal stakeholders Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset Ability to collaborate effectively across teams while maintaining a high level of ownership and accountability Adaptable, resilient, and motivated by delivering exceptional customer experiences Passion for continuous learning and professional growth #J-18808-Ljbffr
