LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established Indianapolis organization to identify a detail-oriented Data Analyst . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, maintaining accuracy, solving problems, and supporting business operations through strong attention to detail and organization.

The Data Analyst will be responsible for entering, reviewing, updating, and maintaining critical business information across multiple systems while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain information within company databases and business systems
• Review data for completeness and accuracy, identifying and correcting discrepancies as needed
• Perform routine audits and quality checks to ensure data integrity
• Compile information from various sources and organize it according to established procedures
• Generate reports and assist with data analysis to support business operations
• Collaborate with internal teams to collect and validate information
• Research and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner
• Support ongoing process improvement initiatives related to data quality and efficiency
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business information

Qualifications

• Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, operations, or a related field
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience working with business systems or databases preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience supporting business operations, administrative functions, or data-focused processes
• Experience with reporting and data analysis
• Continuous improvement mindset and ability to identify process efficiencies

Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per week
