Community Solar Sales Representative — Entry Level Welcome

Location: Northern Delaware, with potential opportunities in nearby New Jersey

Compensation: 100% commission | $60,000–$130,000 annual earning potential

Gold Crest Exteriors is hiring outgoing, motivated representatives to help residents enroll in community solar. You’ll meet homeowners and renters door to door, explain how the program works, and help eligible customers save on electricity without installing solar panels on their homes.

You’re helping people save on a bill they already pay. With a straightforward pitch and a quick enrollment process, customers can sign up in a single conversation—no construction or rooftop installation required.

No previous sales experience is necessary. You don’t need to be a sales expert to get started, but success takes consistent effort, a willingness to learn, and confidence talking to people. For motivated reps, this is an opportunity to build valuable skills and earn income that can make a real difference in your life.

• Biweekly commission payouts: Get paid as soon as two weeks after a qualifying sale.

What you’ll do

• Speak with residents door to door in assigned territories.
• Clearly explain community solar savings, eligibility, and billing.
• Help interested customers complete enrollment.
• Follow up with customers and maintain accurate enrollment information.
• Represent the company professionally and work toward sales goals.
