Job Description
Title: Registered Nurse - Telemetry

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years RN experience
- Licensure: Kansas and Missouri or compact license required at time of submission
- Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
- Core clinical skills: telemetry monitoring and dysrhythmia recognition/management, central line/port care, blood product administration, feeding tube care, stroke care/NIHSS, cardiac cath pre/post care and sheath removal

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze patient vital signs and telemetry readings.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Conduct health assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatments.

Compliance / Notes:
- Orientation: 12 hours
- Flu vaccine: Required with medical/religious exemptions only
- Weekend requirement: Minimum 8 weekend shifts every 6 weeks (combination F/S/S)
