Inside Sales Agent - Real Estate

We’re looking for an Inside Sales Agent to join our real estate team and help connect potential buyers and sellers with the right opportunities.

Leads are provided , so you can focus on speaking with interested prospects, understanding their needs, following up, and scheduling appointments for the team.

You’ll receive ongoing coaching, proven scripts, and established systems to help you become more confident on the phone, improve your conversations, and consistently turn leads into appointments.

This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates well, stays organized, and is motivated by achieving goals.

Previous real estate experience is not required. Whether you’re already familiar with the industry or looking to get started, you’ll have training and mentorship from experienced real estate professionals.

You’ll be joining a supportive, fast-paced team with opportunities for professional growth and advancement.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $150,000+

Compensation:

$150,500 - $296,400 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients through warm, friendly conversations to understand their real estate needs.
• Utilize provided leads to identify and qualify potential buyers and sellers, ensuring a seamless connection to our team.
• Schedule appointments for our real estate agents, ensuring a smooth transition from initial contact to in-person meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups in our CRM system to support team collaboration.
• Collaborate with team members to refine sales strategies and improve client engagement techniques.
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your communication skills and stay updated on industry trends.
• Provide feedback to the team on lead quality and conversion rates to help optimize our sales processes.

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales or customer service roles, ideally within the real estate industry.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage client interactions and data.
• Ability to ask insightful questions to understand client needs and motivations.
• Comfortable with making a high volume of calls and handling inbound leads efficiently.
