Senior Claims Development Specialist

To enhance the capabilities of the claims team, the full-time Senior Claims Learning & Development Specialist will design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs for workers' compensation claims, utilizing both in-person and virtual methodologies while collaborating with various teams to ensure content accuracy and relevance. Key responsibilities Deliver training and facilitate learning sessions, adapting methods based on feedback and performance data Manage the development and implementation of claims programs, tracking training effectiveness and aligning initiatives with department goals Conduct training needs analyses and create engaging learning activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices Required qualifications High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred; Graduate degree preferred Minimum 8 years of related experience required Proven experience designing and delivering training programs in a claims or insurance environment 5+ years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and training delivery preferred 8+ years of Workers' Compensation claim handling experience preferred
