We are searching for an enthusiastic, service-focused hotel front desk agent to join our guest services team. You’ll welcome guests, manage accounts, answer inquiries, and field complaints to ensure we deliver an excellent experience to every guest. • Answer incoming calls and questions about guests’ needs in-person and online regarding room bookings, room rates, amenities, available rooms, rewards programs, and special requests
• Bookkeeping: keep accurate records of all hotel guest account information
• Field customer complaints when necessary
• Work with the housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are ready for new guests
• Greet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card information

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
• At least one year of hospitality industry experience as a hotel front desk agent or similar position preferred
• Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations
• Has previous experience or working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems

We're next to I-80, a few miles away from the Aksarben Shopping Center. The University of Nebraska Omaha campus is under three miles away, and it's six miles to the Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium. Downtown Omaha attractions like the CHI Health Center and the Old Market are eight miles away.
