This position will focus on bookkeeping responsibilities in the morning, with the opportunity for full-time hours by providing administrative support in the afternoon.Bookkeeper Description:Duties and Requirements:Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Desktop.Process billing, customer invoices, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR).Reconcile financial data, review records for accuracy, and resolve discrepancies.Use Microsoft Excel to organize, track, and reconcile accounting information.Maintain accurate and organized accounting records and documentation.Provide general administrative and office support in the afternoon for candidates interested in full-time hours.Must be proficient with QuickBooks Desktop and Microsoft Excel.Previous bookkeeping, AP/AR, billing, and invoicing experience is preferred.Strong attention to detail, organization, accuracy, and ability to work independently are essential.If you’re an experienced Bookkeeper looking for a flexible opportunity that can grow into a full-time role, apply today!
