Position Overview: As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a key role in managing both acute and chronic respiratory conditions. Your responsibilities will include delivering high-quality respiratory therapies, performing diagnostic tests such as pulmonary function tests, monitoring ventilator settings, and collaborating closely with physicians to develop and implement effective treatment plans. You will also educate patients and their families on managing respiratory health for improved long-term outcomes.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have a degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program and hold current certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) through the NBRC. A valid Missouri license to practice respiratory care is required. Experience in an acute care or hospital setting is preferred, but we encourage new graduates with a strong clinical background and a passion for patient care to apply. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional care are essential for success in this role.
