In this role, you will provide expert-level support, lead complex technical projects, and be responsible for:Design, implement, and support cloud infrastructureProvide support and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues for end usersSupport of Microsoft-related technologies: Windows Server, Office 365/Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, etc.Support of virtual environments, including VMware and Hyper-VSupport backup and disaster recovery solutionsConfigure, install, and support various network devices and services, including WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, & securityLiaise with third-party vendors and other IT personnel for problem-resolutionEffectively communicate with customers on ticket progress, impending changes, or agreed-upon outages, etc.Maintain strong client system documentation, including system reviews and recommendationsMaintain daily documentation by entering time, expenses, and all work as service tickets in ConnectWiseOther duties as assigned
