Position Summary
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Medical-Surgical Ortho/Neuro unit. The unit primarily cares for Med/Surg patients, with orthopedic and neurological experience preferred.

Schedule

• Shift: 3 × 12-hour nights
• Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
• On-Call: None; may be placed on an 8-hour on-call shift due to low census

Requirements

• Active South Carolina RN License or Compact RN License (required before start)
• BLS required
• ACLS preferred/required per facility checklist
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience preferred
• First-time travelers considered based on experience
• Experience with Epic EMR required
• Ortho/Neuro experience preferred

Ideal Candidate

An RN with:

• At least 2 years of Med/Surg experience
• Strong Ortho/Neuro and telemetry skills
• Proficiency with Epic EMR
• Willingness to float between like units as needed
• Availability to work night shifts and every other weekend
