Telehealth Nursing Coordinator

The GEO Group, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse - Telehealth Coordinator to support facility patient care via telehealth technologies. You will coordinate with community providers and scheduling to enable remote encounters and reduce transports by custody staff. You will prepare the clinical environment, assist with patient forms, and share pertinent information with providers.
