Manufacturing Technician

Volt is immediately hiring Manufacturing Technician at Malabar, FL As a Manufacturing Technician you will be responsible for: Responsible for performing functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies. Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment. Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process. Works with engineers in conducting experiments. Assembles, aligns, and tests systems, components, and subassemblies following specified work instructions and procedures to ensure finished product meets established operational and cosmetic requirements. This is a 12 Month full-time Contract or Contract to hire opportunity. What We're Looking For: Soldering skills required: J-Standard and IPC 610 certifications required Soldering sample test required for the interview Ability to use small hand tools Torque tool experience required.
