• We're seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Technician to support electronic assembly operations in a ruggedization environment.
• You'll prepare, mask, coat, cure, stake, bond, and inspect printed circuit boards and electronic assemblies while following work instructions, engineering drawings, and quality requirements.

• Prepare, mask, apply, cure, and inspect conformal coatings on printed circuit boards and electronic assemblies using approved processes and equipment.
• Perform staking and bonding by precisely applying approved adhesives or compounds to secure components, wires, connectors, terminals, and hardware.
• Conduct rework, quality testing, inspections, and on-line process adjustments to support manufacturing quality and reliability.
• Follow work instructions, engineering drawings, process specifications, and quality requirements while identifying and escalating straightforward production issues.
• Collaborate with engineers on setup, calibration, experiments, and process improvement activities.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 4+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing, electronic assembly, PCB assembly, or a closely related manufacturing environment.
