Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and provide customized solutions.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and provide clear explanations of coverage options.
- Effectively communicate insurance policies, terms, and conditions.
- Proactively identify opportunities for new business within our community.
- Network and establish valued centers of influence.
- Bilingual - English/Spanish
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Property & Casualty License required.
- Proven experience in insurance sales.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Influence and negotiating skills.
- Technologically proficient.
- Must pass background check.
