Help Desk Coordinator

Job Title
Pay: $44,129/year Schedule: M-F / 8 hours daily / 12 month position
Applicants for this position must meet the following criteria:
- Possess a high school diploma or its equivalent.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate well with staff and the school community.
- Possess strong organizational, time management, and deadline-tracking skills.
- Experience with ticketing systems, documentation, and a drive for continuous process improvement.
- Working knowledge of standard office software, basic financial tasks (invoicing/reconciliation), and tech support tracking.
- Must meet the physical requirements of the role, including light lifting (up to 30 lbs) and ladder usage.
