Actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location. For internal teammates, a compensation percentage increase will be reviewed and determined in partnership with HR, taking into consideration internal equity and relevant experience.Position SummaryThe Program Manager leads the process automation delivery function, managing the Process Engineer and Execution Project Managers to drive process improvement and deployment execution. Partners with the Solutions Architect and Integration Project Manager to ensure architected solutions are grounded in sound process design and executed smoothly through go-live and stabilization.Core ResponsibilitiesOversee process analysis and improvement work feeding into automation initiativesBuild business cases for process improvements, including cost/benefit analysisOwn execution-stage program management across deployment, cutover, and stabilizationPartner with the Solutions Architect and Integration Project Managers to align process design with solution architectureTrack program-level metrics: savings, throughput, and ROI across execution workstreamsEscalate resource, risk, and timeline issues to the Director of Process AutomationBuild and maintain the process automation execution roadmap in partnership with leadershipTravel up to 50%QualificationsBachelor’s degree in operations management, industrial engineering, or related fields5-7+ years in program management required, with experience in both process engineering and operations managementExperience managing a team spanning process engineering and program executionExperience in distribution, warehousing, or supply chain operations, preferred.Experience with WMS integration are a plusExperience with PowerBI. and Smart Sheets are a plusAdvanced Excel SkillsKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesTrack record delivering process improvement and automation initiatives at scaleStrong stakeholder management skills across technical and operational teamsFamiliarity with WMS, robotics, or physical automation technologies#LI-TR1If you feel this opportunity could be the next step in your career, we encourage you to apply.
