Banner University Medical Group in Phoenix seeks an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join our hepatology and transplant team. The APP will provide medical management to patients with advanced liver disease and those pre-liver transplant, primarily in outpatient settings with potential inpatient rotation. Join a multidisciplinary team with full support from surgical team, transplant pharmacists, nurse coordinators, dietitians, financial coordinators, and social workers. #J-18808-Ljbffr Banner Health
